Vacancy: Rowing Coach & Boathouse Manager

We require an experienced professional to coach Mens’ and Womens’ crews of all abilities and to ensure that a high standard of facilities, services and security are provided and maintained at the College Boathouse and grounds. The post holder will provide full support for SCCBC members and qualified support for any others entitled to legitimate use of the Boathouse.

The Rowing Coach will liaise with all captains to arrange coaching plans for all boats and will assist with all races including the bumps. A detailed knowledge of BR RowSafe, a BR Coaching Qualification, and a valid driving licence with category B and E entitlement are required.
